Run, run, run

I've been searching the web for some thinspiration! My Netflix obsession has lead me to yet another TV show, which has lead me to another actress I want to look like... enter Nina Dobrev from the Vampire Diaries. She's hot, the vamps are hot, and the werewolf/hybrid whatchyamacallit are all, you guessed it, smokin' HOT! Naturally, I'm obsessed-talk about too much pretty for one show. I don't know who to root for! They're all gorgeous and damaged souls (hot, hot, hot).

To return to my original topic, I've been running a lot lately and I don't want to lose motivation. Which is why  Nina comes into play, turns out she's a runner and the paparazzi are now my best friends.

Polish

I figured it was about time I organized my bathroom. So, just a few minutes ago, that's exactly what I did. I started off by hiding the things I don't want people to see under my sink. Then I continued on to neaten my medicine cabinet. As I took things out and placed them back in a sensible order I came to realize how much nail polish I have-from Essie to Zoya to Revlon. I'm always finding myself wanting all of these wonderful colors, telling myself I need new polish..and I guess all of those wants added up. It's a little ridiculous considering I don't use half of the polish in there but I kind of love my newly discovered collection.

Blahh

I'm soooooo lazy. Probably the laziest person alive..I swear, you can ask my doctor. K, not really but I come in at a pretty close second. I have THREE undeveloped Kodak cameras, one of which is a shnazzy underwater cam. Who does that? Who takes all of these amazing (probably terrible) photos and then simply refuses to get them developed? The answer: I. Yes, I, I have committed such a crime and although I'm talking about it and am clearly making it public I probably STILL won't get them developed. Gahhh! It's a disease I tell you. Laziness. Or it's probably my current TV series obsession. How I Met Your Mother has claimed its latest victim. Wish me luck, I need it!

I, along with everyone else in the world with a computer and an internet connection, am obsessing over this beautiful website. Whoever came up with Pinterest and Indulgy are simply geniuses. That being said, I have one and I realized I haven't shared my link with you yet! Silly, silly me.

The end of summer

..but not really. You can't really say that if you live in Miami but I'm saying it anyways because no matter where you are, if you're a student, it counts. The school year has started and already I'm loving it. I've been taking some pretty neat classes and I'm finding out more and more about the art scene in Miami..which is constantly growing and is very exciting (at least to me) so I will definitely be posting about all of that fun shtuff. So far, here's what I've been finding (both on the web and in Miami).

Back to reality

It's been so long since I've been on I'm not even sure I remember how to do this properly. My summer hasn't necessarily been busy... just distracting. I've been lazing away and not just in Miami, I shared the month of July with cousins in Pennsylvania and aunts and uncles in Boston. It's definitely been an amazing summer but all good things must come to an end and this past week has made me realize why. If good things don't end when they're good..they end up fading into the norm (not sure if I worded that correctly). I had such a great summer with friends but now that they're all gone.. I need to be busy. It's time to organize! Sorry for being absent but I am officially back on the web!
